Video Relay Service Provider to the deaf and hard of hearing community in the United States. Certified by the Federal Communication Commission, this customer is eligible to be compensated directly from the Telecommunications Relay Services Fund (TRS). Video Relay providers receive reimbursement from a pool of funds, collected from telephone carriers by the Federal Communications Commission and administered by the National Exchange Carriers Association (NECA). The pool of funds is approximately $400 million and is currently divided by about ten companies. Our Customer provides Video Relay Service from a Call Center whose technology was developed and is managed by Intelecom. This Call Center of approximately 50 sign language interpreters, answers video calls from the deaf community who wish to communicate with a hearing party. These deaf callers use D-Link devices (TV set-top boxes), softphones and Huawei's videophones to call into the center. Intelecom developed the Video Call Center so that this Customer is one of the few providers that have the ability to accept calls from almost all of the endpoints used for providing this service. This open architecture network gives the our Customer an advantage in gaining a significant share of the estimated $400 million market.
CRM Provider sells web-based sales solutions for intelligent prospect management in outbound sales industries. Their product is 100% Web-based lead-fulfillment and prospect management tool that focuses specifically on the needs of stockbrokers financial sales professionals. Intelecom developed the application where their customer could click on the information from a web browser for a specific account and the phone number would be dialed and connect to the user for a voice call. More importantly in this application Intelecom developed for our customer is the ability to have the phone number cross reference the national "Do Not Call" database to verify this lead could be cold called. This application is provided to the company on Intelecom's Hosted IP Telephony Solution, "Intele-Host". The Company pays Intelecom an installation fee and a monthly recurring charge per month per account. The Company has an allotment of voice minutes and pays an additional rate per minute for the overage. The Company is under going a tremendous web advertising campaign to increase their sales.
A Wholesaler who is a customer-driven and agent-oriented National Switchless telecommunications reseller with a national indirect sales force. This Company sells and supports many telecommunications carriers. Their flagship product is a bundled voice and data product which is all provisioned, installed and supported on the Intelecom network. This Company is currently testing Intelecom's "Intele-Box" and "Intele-Host" to add to its distribution.
Wireless Broadband Provider with wireless network throughout the US. The Company is currently testing Intelecom's VoIP solution to distribute to its customer base. The Company is currently deploying its Triple Play solution to high-end apartment complexes in South Beach Miami, FL, Long Island and apartments in Queens, NY.
