Joseph P. Fiorillo, President, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Mr. Fiorillo is responsible for spearheading the launch of Intelecom Solutions' broadband voice and data services. Joe is building Intelecom Solutions' management team by selecting executives with extensive backgrounds in telecommunications and new-business launch and management. Mr. Fiorillo is also working within both the financial and telecommunications marketplaces to seek capital for the Company and develop strategic business alliances.
He brings a strong background in telecommunications management, sales management and telecommunications services and support, with more than a decade of high-level management positions at leading companies, to Intelecom. In 1996, he co-founded Intelecom Solutions, a telecommunications management company that operated as an agent for all of the major telecommunications service providers including Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), AT&T, Cable & Wireless, Qwest, WorldCom, Sprint and XO. The company's function was to provide local, long distance and Internet services, as well as equipment, to businesses.
Prior to Intelecom Solutions, Joseph was Managing Director of Centex Telemanagement. When MFS Communications acquired Centex, he became Director of the New York Metropolitan Region. He gained his telecommunications experience with National Communication Association, for which he opened two new regional markets and managed offices more than 30 employees.
Mr. Fiorillo has been a featured speaker on telecommunications panels at local industry venues. He has a B.S. degree from Siena College and was an instructor at the Communications School in California during his service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
Peter Kilcullen, Vice President of Sales, Strategic Development and a Co-Founder
Peter is responsible for the company's sales development, distribution and marketing. He is charged with developing a strategic channel of sales agents and developing relationships with building managers and owners to provide Intelecom Solutions' services directly to multi-tenant units.
A telecommunications industry veteran, Peter was a co-founder of Intelecom Solutions and spearheaded the growth of that company's sales organization. Prior to Intelecom Solutions, he was a Sales Representative and Regional Director of Sales for National Communications Association. Peter's sales and sales management experience includes local and long distance services, data networking, and providing voice and data equipment.
Mr. Kilcullen attended New York University and completed the NYNEX (now Verizon) authorized agent training program, from which he received his authorized agent certification.
Henry Fiorillo, Chief Financial Officer
Henry is building the systems and corporate structure for both operations and finance for Intelecom Solutions. He brings to this position 16 years of strong management, finance and accounting, and operations background garnered during a career that has included managing business consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing business systems by identifying new technologies. Prior to joining Intelecom Solutions, Henry served as the Chief Operating Officer for Marders, a $23 million landscape build and design, retail and service business. At Marders, he was responsible for building the business structure and systems that supported a $13 million growth in sales in a two-year period. Henry also served as Chief Financial Officer of Preferred Communications, a $5 million telecommunications company, with responsibility for running the day-to-day operations of the company.
Henry began his career with United Parcel Service, where he held several positions in operations, finance and accounting during his 10-year tenure. For five years, he served as District Controller for UPS, where he managed more than 100 employees as well as the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations including annual billings of $250 million.
Gary Defelice, Director of Operations
Gary joined Intelecom Solutions in January 2003 to head the company's operations. His responsibilities include managing customer service, provisioning, billing and vendor relationship. Gary is also very involved in developing new processes and procedure for the operation. His experience allows him to assist the company's principles in developing new technologies to better serve the market.
Gary began his career in telecommunications over 10 years ago with TCG (now AT&T Local Services) managing Network Facilities in TCG's 22 cities. Gary was also a switch engineer at Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile and was also Director of Engineering and Provisioning at Network Plus and MetTel.
Mr. DeFelice earned a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Electrical Engineering Technology.
Anthony Cennami, Network Manager
Anthony currently serves as the Senior Engineer at Intelecom Solutions. This role includes research and business development, technical project management, and critical escalation response. His career over the past decade has entailed a variety of roles in numerous disciplines throughout the Service Provider and Network Security industry. These roles include System, Network and Security Engineering at: MetTel, Inc, a New York City based CLEC and ISP, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations of the companies UNIX based systems and Class IV Excel based Softswitch; CIBC World Markets (New York), project managing the multi-site relocation and re-deployment of the organizations critical network and security infrastructure; Pegasus Web Technologies, organizing and managing the relocation of the company's 1200 server datacenter, including the design and implementation of a metropolitan New York Dark Fiber ring; eB Network/Computer Horizons Corporation, where he served as a Security Consultant and Technical Project Manager at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, organizing and managing the companies HIPAA audit and remediation.
Most recently Anthony has been devoted to research and development in the Voice over IP (VoIP) marketplace, developing and implementing new and existing technologies serving a wide array of technical and traditional enterprise markets.
