The Intelecom Sales Associate will be responsible for developing an account base of new and existing business-to-business prospects.
Sell our very competitive telecommunications product line, including switched and dedicated local (UNE-P), long distance, internet access, phone and data equipment and enhanced telecommunications services to small and mid-sized businesses. Products include... VOIP, CTI, Integrated T1, Fiber and Fixed Wireless.
- Minimum 1-year sales related experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
- Effective oral/written communications skills.
- Ability to work extended/flexible hours as needed.Ability to work effectively without close supervision.
- Computer literate: Word, Excel Internet familiarity
- Valid driver's license required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Outside sales.
- Developing client base and maintaining existing clients.
- Handle escalated customer issues.
- Customer training.
- Ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
- Entering and ensuring fulfillment of orders.
- Writing Proposals.
- Competitive analysis.
- Perform advanced billing analysis.
- Work closely with Manager to ensure team goals.
- Visit assigned accounts in order to enhance usage and resolve problems.
